Clients can easily purchase, redeem, and track gift cards on Solgert Enterprise. Follow these steps to manage your gift card experience:

Step 1: Log In to Your Account
  1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to https://solgertenterprise.com.
  2. Click on the “Log In” button at the top-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click “Log In.”
Step 2: Purchase a Gift Card
  1. Navigate to the “Gift Cards” section. This is typically found in the main menu or under the “Shop” or “Rewards” tab.
  2. Choose the type and value of the gift card you want to purchase.
  3. Fill in the recipient details:
    • Recipient Name
    • Recipient Email Address
    • Personalized Message (Optional)
  4. Select a delivery method (e.g., email delivery or printable format).
  5. Add the gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  6. Complete the payment process by selecting your preferred payment method and clicking “Confirm Purchase.”
Step 3: Redeem a Gift Card
  1. Locate the gift card code sent to your email or provided by the giver.
  2. Go to the “Redeem Gift Card” section in your account dashboard.
  3. Enter the gift card code in the designated field and click “Redeem.”
  4. The value of the gift card will be credited to your account balance or applied to your next purchase.

Step 5: Send a Gift Card to Someone Else
  1. Navigate to the “Gift Cards” section and select “Send a Gift Card.”

Step 6: Manage Gift Cards
  1. To view your gift card history, go to the “Gift Card Management” section.
  2. Check details such as:
    • Gift cards purchased.

  3. If needed, resend the gift card email to the recipient by clicking the “Resend” button.
